Website Design & Development

The Web is the first resource many people use to learn about your business and services. Having a well designed and intuitive website with relevant and useful content is essential to help promote, grow, and sustain your business.

We follow a series of steps to ensure that your website project achieves its goals. The first step is to understand your business and what makes you different. We explore features, functionality, short and long-term goals, and reasons for visitors to come to your website. We then create a sitemap and wireframes for the unique pages. These work as the blueprint for your website. Once the information architecture phase is complete, website design comps are created. The designs are an extension of your brand but also focus on visual hierarchies, interactive elements, and a compelling interface. After the website designs are approved, we code the site with HTML for structure and CSS for presentation, add the required SEO components, and deploy the functional site to your host's server.

User Interface (UI) Design / Information Architecture

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

It is no secret that higher search engine rankings can result in higher revenue. We perform a list of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks on our client websites which we call "SEO Light". We implement a series of standard SEO practices that all sites should have in order to place higher on search engines. These actions include dong basic SEO operations consisting of setting your meta tags, title tags, header tags, alt tags, adjusting content and links, setting up an analytics account, search engine registration, and an XML sitemap.

For Allied Solutions, we created an software demo that guides users through their Internet Quick Quote application. For a local marble and granite fabricator, we designed a Flash virtual kitchen that allows their clients to test cabinet colors and granite stone choices to make the right decision on the best design for their home.
